FFKM O-Rings — Perfluoroelastomer O-Ring Manufacturer India

Near-universal chemical resistance for the most demanding process seals.

FITCO O-Rings — assorted sizes, FFKM compound FITCO O-Rings — assorted sizes, FFKM compound
Overview

Compound profile

Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM, Kalrez™-type) combines the elasticity of rubber with chemical resistance approaching PTFE. FITCO supplies FFKM for critical, high-value process seals where failure is not an option — semiconductor processing, aggressive chemical service, and extreme-temperature applications across oil & gas and pharma.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
  • Semiconductor process chambers
  • Aggressive chemical & solvent service
  • High-purity pharmaceutical processing
  • Critical valve & pump seals in oil & gas
Specification
Temperature range-15°C to +327°C

FFKM — Perfluoroelastomer sub-grades & variants

FFKM — Perfluoroelastomer isn't a single formulation — the grade below matters as much as the base compound once your application gets specific.

Broadest chemical range, standard cost tier

General-purpose FFKM

The entry point into perfluoroelastomer sealing — near-universal chemical resistance for process seals where FKM has already failed or the fluid list is too unpredictable to risk a lesser compound.

Ultra-low extractables, plasma-resistant

Semiconductor / high-purity grade

Formulated for minimal particulate and extractable generation, with plasma and aggressive etch-chemical resistance — specified for wafer processing chambers and other ultra-clean environments.

Rated to the top of FFKM's ~327°C range

High-temperature grade

Optimized for sustained service at the highest end of FFKM's temperature capability, for reactor and high-temperature process valve seals where standard FFKM's margin is too thin.
