FITCO Orings Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1995 and has operated as a dedicated O-ring and rubber sealing manufacturer ever since. What began as a domestic supplier to Indian pump, valve and machinery manufacturers has grown into a company serving oil & gas, packaging, FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive and industrial equipment clients worldwide.
Over three decades, that growth has meant continuous reinvestment — in compression molding capacity, in an in-house tooling library that now spans over 2,000 O-ring molds, in compound formulation know-how across seventeen elastomer families, and in the tolerance-control discipline that AS568, ISO 3601 and BS 4518 dimensional standards demand batch after batch. What hasn't changed is the focus: sealing components, done properly, rather than spreading thin across unrelated product lines.
Our head office is in Mumbai, with a branch office and manufacturing facility in Mohali, in the Chandigarh industrial belt. FITCO Orings Trading LLC — our Dubai-based trading entity — anchors faster clearance and stock-holding for the Gulf, while shipments and enquiries are handled worldwide from our India base.
We manufacture across seventeen elastomer compounds — NBR, FKM (plus individual Viton A/B/F/GLT-GFLT/AED grades), FFKM, EPDM, HNBR, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, AFLAS, Neoprene and the Viton Extreme series (ETP/GBL/TBR) — to AS568, ISO 3601 and BS 4518 dimensional standards, alongside custom molding and extruded/spliced cord for non-standard profiles.

Our Mohali manufacturing facility runs compression molding lines across our full compound range, backed by an in-house tooling library of over 2,000 O-ring molds and in-house rubber compounding — so formulation, molding and dimensional inspection all happen under our own control rather than through outsourced steps. The site combines production floor, quality lab and warehousing under one roof, so orders move from mold to dispatch without handoffs between separate facilities.
Material test reports and batch traceability are maintained for every production run — standard practice for oil & gas, pharmaceutical and other clients who need documentation to match the physical part.

This is our compression moulding press in operation at our Mohali facility. Each production run is logged against a batch record showing the product (O-Ring), material (NBR 70 in this run), exact dimensions (ID 25.00 × CS 2.50mm) and a batch number traceable back to the raw rubber compound.
